Dr. Dixit graduated with his Doctorate in Medicine from Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi, India. He completed his Neurology Residency Program, Fellowship in Clinical Neurophysiology, and Fellowship in Clinical Stroke at the University of Wisconsin Hospital.
He is Board Certified in Neurology and Clinical Neurophysiology. He has held the position of Assistant Professor of Medicine, Neurology Division, for the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Regional Director for the Veterans Administration Parkinson’s Disease Research Center, and Medical Director for the Comprehensive Epilepsy Program at Sunrise Hospital. Rachel L. Daley, APR-RN, MSN, ANP-C collaborates with Dr. Shanker Dixit, MD to provide holistic nursing care for adult patients with neurological illnesses including, but nit limited to seizures, strokes, spinal cord and brain injuries, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s, dementia, peripheral neuropathy, and general chronic adult neurological conditions. She has practiced in Arizona, APRN Daley has 8 years of outpatient experience in neurology and 2 years in internal medicine and geriatrics.
APRN Daley is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Garland, MSN, FNP-C, APRN joined the team of the Neurology Center of Las Vegas in 2017 and collaborates with Dr. Shanker Dixit, MD in providing quality care with patients of multiple neurological disorders such as Parkinson’s, demetia,, Alzheimer’s, seizures, strokes, peripheral neuropathy, multiple sclerosis and other general neurological disorders. She has practiced in Michigan and has a year experience as a provider in an outpatient family primary care with over a decade of hospital nurse experience. She is a member of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and graduated in 2015 with honors.
